Reporting a Bug
General
When reporting a bug, please include the following information:
- Phone Brand/Model/Carrier.
- Android Version, and whether or not you are using a custom ROM.
- Steps to reproduce the bug.
- Your contact information.
Sending Logs via SDK Tools
If you experience a crash and have the Android SDK installed, please also include:
- The output from adb logcat
- The output of adb shell dmesg -c
Sending Logs from Your Device
If you don't have the Android SDK installed:
- download and install the "alogcat" app from the Android Market (FREE)
- run alogcat after the crash.
- Then press "menu" and e-mail me the log.
